What Shipping Methods Are Available?

  2. Express Shipping: This method provides faster delivery compared to standard shipping. It involves a guaranteed delivery time and may incur higher shipping costs.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We do not offer international shipping services. Our current shipping services are exclusively available for delivery within Sri Lanka. 

We understand the importance of reaching our international customers, and we are working on potential expansion opportunities in the future to serve a broader audience. We appreciate your interest and hope to offer international shipping services soon.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

The arrival of the product, is determined by the destination city. These delivery estimates are based on business days, excluding Mercantile Holidays and Sundays.

We accept online payment options, which include transactions through both credit and debit cards.

Additionally, we also facilitate payments via bank transfers. To streamline order processing, kindly include your order reference number when initiating the bank transfer.

Ordering from Grab 'N Go is a simple process. Here's a step-by-step guide: 

  • Sign In or Sign Up: Log in using your email address or phone number if you have an existing account. New users can click on "Sign Up" to create an account by filling in the required information.
  • Find Your Product: Use the search bar on the Grab 'N Go homepage to look for the desired product using keywords or by browsing through categories and subcategories.
  • Product Details: Click on the product to view its details, including price, description, images, and seller information. Ensure to check product specifications and customer reviews.
  • Select Your Product: Choose the quantity and, if applicable, the specific options like size, color, or model according to your preferences.
  • Add to Cart: Click the "Add to Cart" to add the product to your shopping cart.
  • Review Cart: If you've added items to your cart, review them, update quantities, and proceed to checkout. Click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button when ready.
  • Enter Shipping Details: Provide accurate shipping information, including your name, delivery address, and contact number, ensuring completeness to avoid delivery issues.
  • Choose Payment Method: Select your preferred payment method from the available options. Grab 'N Go offers online payments or bank transfers.
  • Review and Confirm: After choosing the payment method, review your order summary, shipping address, and payment details. Click "Confirm Order" to complete your purchase.
  • Order Confirmation: Once the order is placed, an email confirmation will be sent to you, including details like the order number, estimated delivery time, and any relevant information.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

You may cancel your order as long as it has not yet been dispatched for delivery. To initiate the cancellation process, access your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section. Choose the 'Processing' tab and select 'Cancel'. Provide a reason for cancellation in the form and then submit your cancellation request. 

Our team will review your request and keep you informed about the progress of your cancellation. 

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, you can do so during the "Processing" stage by canceling the order and creating a new one with the updated details. 

Please note that our delivery team contacts you via the phone number and delivers the product to the specified shipping address that you have provided.

Do I need an account to place an order?

To complete a purchase, creating an account is necessary. Having an account enables faster and more convenient checkouts in the future, along with features such as order tracking and access to your order history.

How Do I Track My Order?

Tracking your order with Grab 'N Go is a straightforward process. Once your order has been confirmed, you can easily monitor its progress. 

Access your Grab 'N Go account using your credentials. In the upper right-hand corner, you'll find a tab labeled 'Track Your Order.' Simply click on this tab and find the order you wish to track and click on it to view the details. The order status will indicate whether it's confirmed, processed, dispatched, or out for delivery.

How Can I Return a Product?

We understand that sometimes a product might not meet your expectations. To initiate a return, Follow these steps: 

  • Log In: Access your Grab 'N Go account using your login details. 
  • Navigate to 'My Orders': Proceed to the 'My Orders' section within your account to locate the order containing the item you wish to return. 
  • Select 'Return Item': Find the specific order and select the item you want to return. 
  • Reason for Return: Provide a reason for the return, ensuring it aligns with our Return Policy. 
  • Follow the instructions to complete the return request. This might involve specifying the return method, selecting a refund or exchange, and providing additional details. 

After submitting your return request, our team will review the information and you will receive a confirmation of your request.
